Staker Productions may, at its sole discretion, choose to cancel an event due to low attendance or other
unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will notify you via the listed email address and/or
telephone number provided at registration. Staker Productions will transfer all registrations for a future
event date in this case.
Event Registration Payment and Cancellation Policy
To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 7 business days after event
acceptance to the scheduled event. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled,
and individuals will be required to re-register with payment provided immediately to attend the
event.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, registrations will carry over to the next event date. No refunds will be granted.
